Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders by the customer, or dissatisfaction with taste, size, or preference.
 

However, refunds or replacements are available if:
 

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The item is defective, damaged, or spoiled upon arrival

  • The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
 

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the item and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:
 

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

  • You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds for:
 

  • Opened or consumed food products

  • Perishable goods past their recommended shelf life

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please notify us. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the situation.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins. After that, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
