We ship worldwide to any country that allows international packages from Japan.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We use Japan Post EMS and other reliable international carriers. Estimated delivery times:
 

  • Philippines: 10–14 business days

  • Other countries: Varies by region (typically 10–21 days)
     

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
 

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Shipping method
     

Some orders may qualify for a flat shipping rate or bundled discounts, depending on promotions.

5. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.
     

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
     

  • We declare packages accurately to avoid customs issues and support smooth clearance.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
 

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply), or
     

  • You may request a refund excluding the original shipping fee

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and offer support where possible
